The upcoming winter edition of the order platform will take place from Friday, 27 January to Monday, 30 January 2023 at B1 – Bennigsen Platz 1 in Düsseldorf. The trend currents in the womenswear, menswear, accessories and footwear segments are clear. The looks are dressed up without appearing stuffy; glamorous styles bring back the desire to be exuberant and dressed up, hybrid styling solutions combine contrasts to create new outfits, but casualness as well as the newwork dress code after home office hours may not be missing. Supreme Women&Men in Düsseldorf and two weeks later in Munich (11 – 14 February 2023 MTC world of fashion / House 1, Ingolstädter Straße 45 / Taunusstraße 45) will show the upcoming order trends on their platforms.
Supreme Women&Men a constant in the fashion business
Supreme Women&Men Düsseldorf is and remains a reliable contact point in the fashion industry, an integral part of the German ordering scene, which over the years has aligned itself with the needs of the fashion industry as well as the needs of the labels. With years of know-how, The Supreme Group team around Managing Director Aline Müller-Schade manages to offer a portfolio of national and international labels for every season. The exhibiting brands show the complete range of their assortment or concentrate on the presentation of selected key pieces.
The strong demand from exhibitors for the Düsseldorf and Munich locations confirms the successful mix of the order platform organiser and its service concept. “We know our Supreme Women&Men strengths and focus on them. We don’t beat around the bush either: inspiration for the trade and assortment creation is sighted in other European countries. We, on the other hand, offer the possibility of concentrated ordering, exchanging, networking for the upcoming assortment creation of retailers, buyers, boutique owners. Our brand portfolio is the link between inspiration and ordering. We are aware that retailers have smaller budgets at their disposal and therefore, with Supreme Women&Men, we offer attractive assortments that whet the appetite for ordering and, above all, for the new season,” says Aline Müller-Schade, Managing Director of The Supreme Group.
Balance between established brands and new brands
Many brands have been an integral part of Supreme Women&Men over the years and have proven their trust in the ordering platform. A variety of brands such as Day, Birger et Mikkelsen, JNBY, Aida Barni, Susannne Bommer, Patrizia Pepe and Coster Copenhagen have been part of Supreme Women&Men for seasons. Furthermore, the Oder platform also welcomes a selection of new exhibitors at the end of January, who take the opportunity to present themselves and make their collection accessible to buyers from the DACH market in the environment of established national as well as international brands. Among them: Due Amanti, Sassenbach, Lunatica Milano, Hiso, Scandinavian edition, Vicario Cinque, Rosemunde, Bernese and Paoloni.
Importance of physical order platforms
After times of pandemic and the buzzword digitalisation, it is becoming clear that retailers, exhibitors and visitors are aware of the importance of a physical ordering platform. It is obvious that digitalisation simplifies the process of reordering and gives the stationary trade another sales channel through online business. Nevertheless, the appeal of ordering on site, the experience and the emotionality of the fashion business should not be underestimated. The aim is clearly for exhibitors and brands to network with buyers and visitors and to engage in active exchange. “Supreme Women&Men wins the internationality as well as the sustainability of the order platform through the exhibiting brands. We can clearly see that our buyers mainly come from Germany and the neighbouring German-speaking countries and want and use the concentrated presentation of the new trends here for their ordering business. Supreme Women&Men Düsseldorf is entering the coming ordering season in a stronger position, which we are very much looking forward to. My commitment as a new board member of Fashion Net Düsseldorf e.V. gives me the opportunity, together with Fashion Net, to promote the activities in Düsseldorf around the Fashion Days and to continue to strengthen Düsseldorf as a fashion location both nationally and internationally,” adds Aline Müller-Schade, Managing Director of The Supreme Group.
